Pet Policy
Foster Pointe is a pet friendly community and welcomes both dogs and cats. There is a maximum of two pets allowed per apartment home. Certain breed restrictions do apply.
Maximum weight limit is 20 lbs. per pet. A refundable pet deposit of $150 per pet and a non-refundable $150 deposit per pet is required. Pet rent is $20 per pet per month.
